Bailey Grace Closet Concierge LLC (“Bailey Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from clients, customers, and visitors to baileygraceclosetconcierge.com and our shop at shop.baileygraceclosetconcierge.com (together, the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our Site or services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact Information: name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
  • Client Information: item details, images, and descriptions you provide for resale.
  • Transaction Information: marketplace usernames, order history, pricing, and payment records.
  • Payout Information: the identifier you use to receive payouts, such as your Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo handle and the associated email or phone number, so we can pay you for sold items.
  • Website Data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

We do not collect full payment-card numbers directly through our Site. Purchases in our shop and all marketplace transactions are processed by third-party payment providers and platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, manage, and improve our consignment, resale, styling, and closet-organizing services;
  • List and sell your items on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and  Shopify/Shop);
  • Communicate with you about your account, inventory, orders, and sales;
  • Process payouts to you and payments for standalone services;
  • Operate, secure, and improve our Site; and
  • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Third-Party Marketplaces, to list and manage your items;
  • Service Providers, such as listing and inventory tools (e.g., Vendoo, Poshmark Sidekick) and payment processors;
  • Advertising and Analytics Partners, such as Google and Meta, which may set cookies to measure our Site and deliver relevant ads (see Sections 4 and 5);
  • Affiliated Contractors, under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to deliver services; and
  • Legal Authorities, when required to comply with law or protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies to show you relevant ads may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under certain state laws. You can opt out as described in Section 6.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, functionality, and advertising. Connecticut residents: The Connecticut Data Privacy Act gives you the rights described above. If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting us; if we deny your appeal, you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General.

California residents: Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, you have the rights described above, including to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit certain uses, without discrimination.

Visitors outside the United States: We are based in and process information in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK and applicable data-protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your local authority. 7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy — typically for the duration of our relationship with you and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations (for example, transaction and tax records are generally retained for at least the period required by law). We then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and secure storage, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any authorities as required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites and marketplaces. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
